“will not stay at this location again”

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Bennie who handled transportation from the parking area and other sites; he was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond—thanks again, Bennie! The room itself was very disappointing and didn’t match the pictures, which made it look much nicer. We arrived at 4:00 and the room wasn’t ready for another 30‑45 minutes, and talking with other guests made it clear that this is an ongoing issue.

“Personally, I liked the hotel. But, for the features of the room itself, it was way overpriced.”

The spot and vibe of the hotel were solid, and the locked parking made us feel safe with our motorcycles. The A/C kept cycling on and off, the bathroom was cramped, and the water pressure was painfully low.

“Good location if you want to be in the center of Eureka Springs. Short drive to the Passion Play”

Historic and right in the center of town, but the parking was far away and you had to call for a shuttle (we didn’t, we walked instead, but it was a hilly walk).

“Loved the hotel, real downer about the lack of hot water”

The hotel looked gorgeous and the location was great, but we had no hot water for the shower.
