The customer service was great, and the hospitality from Anthony and Charbel was outstanding.

The hotel is family‑run, offers great value, and is very close to the Mzaar ski slopes. Nothing to add.

The location and the staff were excellent. The room we received was one of the older ones; there were no power outlets except for the TV, so we had to unplug it to charge a phone. The toilet seat had no cover and was broken, with a leak that flooded the entire bathroom floor. The fridge wasn’t working because there was no socket to plug it in, and the bed sheets were torn.
