I didn’t get my reservation honored and the hotel didn’t provide what was advertised, and the person at reception was rude—taxi drivers even don’t know where it is.

The spot was great, but the hot water ran out quickly.

The girl who welcomed me was fine, but they didn’t book my room and sent me to another hotel; even though I got a bigger bed, the place wasn’t what I paid for and the room was disappointing.
