“كانت إقامة سيئة”
I liked the general staff at the hotel. The place wasn’t clean, had no ventilation windows, and there really isn’t a kitchen as they claim.

The staff were good. The place isn’t clean, and other things like hot water and the bathroom are not good; the rooms are also damp.
