“Perfect stay at Ksamil”

The staff were courteous, but the rooms weren't clean.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, its welcoming and well‑furnished design, and it was very quiet (I only heard a rooster crowing). Breakfast was good, with both sweet and savory options. The staff were very helpful, and parking was free.

The only thing I liked was how clean everything was and the balcony was great. The rooms were very small, and the food selection was limited; despite advertising a children’s menu, there were hardly any dishes suitable for kids. There were no typical hotel pastries, and the coffee from the thermos was cold. There was no kettle in the room, though it probably wouldn't have fit anyway. The shower tiles were very slippery. If you’re traveling with children, pick a larger room with a kitchen if possible. I wouldn’t stay here again because there are definitely better hotels. I also don’t understand why this hotel has such a good rating.

Thanks to the hotel hosts for making our stay special; they were very kind and welcoming! Fantastic people! Excellent value for money and remarkable cleanliness! Breakfast was very pleasant and had something for everyone! I recommend it.
