The room had a stinky smell, the washroom was not maintained; the bed was hard and small, and the overall smell was bad.

The service was lacking.

The room had a nice vibe, but the toiletries were a mess—there should have been more sets for all the guests in one room, and the handwash smelled terrible.

Location. Cleanliness and facilities

The hotel's location was the only redeeming quality, which is why I booked it in the first place. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was a disaster. The corridors were used for some pretty shady activities, making me feel uneasy and unsafe. The room itself was surprisingly spacious, but that was about it - it was tiny, with barely enough room for a double bed.
