“Deludente”
The view from the room is truly breathtaking. However, the room had a stale, enclosed smell and no welcome kit in the bathroom; the minibar only had a single bottle of sparkling water. The tea corner in the hallway offered only sugar sachets and no water for the kettle. There was no coffee machine in the room. The hotel has even cheaper options now! Check‑out is listed as 7 am, but no staff were present until 8:20, even though breakfast starts at 8 am; I had to call repeatedly before the staff arrived at 8:20. We wanted to settle the bill upon arrival, but the front‑desk lady wouldn’t allow it. I don’t understand how they can receive such high ratings.
