The food variety was excellent, and the staff were friendly. The only beach I could access was part of the water park, which was a fairly long walk, and there was no evening entertainment, unlike other Rixos resorts.

I was going for a spa getaway and my mood wasn’t great, but Professor Rawan made the experience very enjoyable for me; she and Maryam are wonderful, the hotel is nice and spacious, and I booked an all‑inclusive buffet that was beautiful, varied, and tasty. Those who love the sea and games will have a great time; I especially recommend it for families.

The hotel was decent overall; the facilities could have been better, but they were good enough for a comfortable stay, and the water park was absolutely amazing and definitely the highlight of the trip.
