The location, staff, and breakfast were great.

The place was comfy, in a great spot and the front desk was solid, but the rates were steep.

The breakfast served in the room was excellent, and the proximity to the ski lifts was a big plus. Paying the airport‑to‑hotel transfer with a credit card was a hassle; it would be nice to have a package that includes the transfer in the room rate.
The accommodation has everything you could ask for: a wood‑fired home with two large armchairs, a full kitchen, a hot‑water massage to relax after a day of skiing, and a very comfortable bed; we never cooked and always ate at the hotel restaurant, where they bring the food to our room. The restaurant food is decent but could be a bit better—just a small request to lift the luxury level.
