The location was a plus. There were no facilities in the room for making a hot drink.

The cleanliness still needs improvement. The first room was not cleaned, so I was moved to another room. In the new room, the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

The proximity to the U‑bahn station is absolutely great. Active people can walk to Stachus in 45 minutes. Unfortunately, friendliness and cleanliness have not improved; two B&B stays in five years have given the same experience regarding cleanliness and service. The windows had old fingerprints on the inside, and there were old, foreign hairs in the bathroom around the toilet brush.
