The breakfast had few options; I've stayed at many hotels for the same or less and seen more variety than here. The pool closed at 11 PM, but when I was in the hot tub at 8:20 PM a front‑desk staff member turned it off and drained the water without warning, forcing me to leave. The coffee maker was broken; I reported it to the front desk, a man and a woman told me they'd replace it, but nothing happened and no one followed up. The microwave lacked a plate. As a frequent business traveler, I won't stay at Hampton Inn again.
