The staff were very courteous and helpful. The place isn’t as pretty as the pictures show.

The location was wonderful! Easy walking to the water and around town. Our suite was perfect, very comfortable. We also enjoyed drinks and had a delicious dinner in the restaurant
We loved the suite, with a separate bedroom. The beds were super comfy with excellent linens. The location was within a short walk to the inner harbor, old town and several restaurants and bars. The in-house bar Clive's serves great cocktails in a cozy bar. The rooftop dining was great. There wasn't anything we didn't like

The location was excellent and the suite was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the housekeeping staff lovely. The bathroom was clean but felt dated, the same with the kitchen.
I loved the room—quiet and the bed was super comfy. The location was perfect for seeing the city, but the pillows were a bit lacking and I’d have preferred a view instead of a balcony that looked out onto the car park.
