The TV screen is small and the room isn’t very clean; staff rarely smile when asked to check the room level booked, and they scold about the price, saying this product shouldn’t be available. There’s no fridge, which makes the stay feel like we booked at a different price than the hotel actually charges, implying that this branch shouldn’t offer such items—it feels disrespectful. The reception was unkind, judging guests by their payment level and implying that paying less means they shouldn’t receive good service.

I liked the hotel's location, which was about 500 meters from the train station, making it quite convenient. However, I had some issues with my room, which didn't have air conditioning, and there was no elevator in the building. Additionally, the staff's English was limited, and they didn't seem very knowledgeable about the city, which made it a bit challenging for me to get around.

Despite reading some negative reviews beforehand, I found my stay to be quite pleasant. I opted for a superior room with air conditioning, a hot shower, and it was all in good working order. The hotel's location was also great, with easy access to river walks, a night market, and a coffee machine just outside.
