I found a quieter spot for a reasonable price, but I only got the accommodation details while traveling; it would have been better to receive them a day earlier—many travelers don’t have internet on the road. The listing should have stated right away that the toilet and bathroom are shared in the hallway for all rooms. Also, the accommodation doesn’t mention that you’ll still need to pay extra fees to the tourist office on site; that information only appears on the paper document in the room.

I liked that there’s a free parking area and the location is decent. The room’s air‑conditioner works well. The shared washing machine is convenient. On the downside, the bed and pillows are terrible, the clothes dryer is broken and has corrosion stains that leave marks on clothes. The owner takes a long time to reply to messages.

The apartment sits in a calm, good area. I was assigned apartment #1, which had a separate entrance and its own bathroom. A table with chairs by the window added a nice touch. Although contacting the owner was sometimes slow, she responded quickly when I had questions or problems. The glass door and wall to the garden meant I couldn’t enjoy full privacy—every person entering through the main entrance could see my room. I was also surprised there was no kettle for tea, which was disappointing. The apartment didn’t look particularly clean; I noticed blood stains on a wall that turned out to be a dead mosquito. There was no bathroom rug, making it slippery after showers.

The location, price and building cleanliness were good. At night it gets loud, a mix of a nearby cocktail bar and people downstairs.

The only good thing was that the host swapped our room on the spot because we had a guest with mobility issues, making stairs impossible for them. The place feels cold and the equipment is ancient. Only room 1 has a private bathroom, but it also has a full glass front that everyone passes by (otherwise the shared bathrooms are awful). The TV is about the size of a computer monitor, there’s no storage space, and it seems like they’re just after quick money with minimal effort. The price is definitely not worth it—never for a single night.
