The host was kind and helpful, the vibe was welcoming, and the spot is in the city center. Directions from the street were unclear, the stairs to the 2nd floor were uncomfortable with luggage, the apartment couldn't fit four adults, and there was no parking available.

The place is great for its location, but the building is old and the noise level is high.

I had to wait more than an hour for check‑in, even though the listing said 13:30–21:00. I sent messages that went unanswered, and the Wi‑fi password didn’t work. The apartment is for three people, not four.

The base is good for exploring the old and new city and the station. The bed upstairs is comfortable, the place is cozy and clean, and the host was easy to contact. I recommend it. However, during the summer the temperature upstairs reaches about 30°C, the air‑conditioning does nothing, and there is a fan.
