The location in the French Quarter was great, it was quiet at night, and Bourbon Street was just a very short walk away.

“Enjoyable. Location was convenient and valet made parking our car a breeze!”

The lobby staff and valet were helpful and kept our luggage for us. The room was well decorated and the water beverage station in the lobby was convenient. The pool was clean and refreshing. Housekeeping, however, could improve: the room wasn’t cleaned daily, there was no toilet paper on arrival and I had to call for fresh towels, and dirty cups from a previous guest were left on the balcony for the entire stay. Once housekeeping did come, they did a nice job.

“The Holiday Inn Chateau Lemoyne is uniquely historic with a lovely staff and location”

I liked the historic building and the location in the French Quarter. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even giving us umbrellas when it rained. Booking through a third‑party meant we weren’t guaranteed the room we requested, but the Holiday Inn itself ensured we had two beds, though not a balcony as I had also asked.

Wonderful staff from the front desk to the Valet, the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Our balcony room was excellent. I was able to see 5 wedding 2nd lines which I thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel location was perfect for us as we have nearby friends. We were able to walk to all our favorite places
