The location was very convenient for a spiritual trip—neither too close nor too far from the temples. Soundproofing worked well, especially given the otherwise noisy surroundings. The hotel was clean and the rooms spacious. Manager Kishan deserves a special mention for ensuring all guests were comfortable; he even noticed my wife’s birthday from the ID card and arranged a cake as a thoughtful gesture. The food preparation was nice but still lacked consistency.

The location and prompt services were great. Nothing in particular.

“Luxurious Oasis in the Heart of the Action – Highly Recommended with Minor Tweaks!”

I recently checked into the Country Inn in Varanasi and it turned out to be a truly luxurious experience right in the heart of everything. The hotel is brand‑new and impeccably kept, sitting on a perpetually busy street that makes getting around a breeze. The staff were polite, friendly, and full of useful local tips. The breakfast spread was spectacular, offering a huge selection of both South Indian and North Indian dishes. On the downside, power cuts happen often; when the generator kicks in, the AC shuts off completely and I had to flip it back on myself every time, even in the middle of the night, which really disturbed my sleep. Also, for the premium rate, the complimentary water bottles are only 500 ml—switching to standard 1 L bottles would feel more appropriate for a luxury property.
