The staff were friendly, but the windows wouldn’t close properly, so the traffic noise was loud.

We got good value for money, but when we asked the reception staff if we could dine at the hotel without a reservation and how late the restaurant stayed open (we arrived at 19:30), they told us that even though the restaurant is part of the hotel, we should speak to the restaurant staff because the reception team had no information.

The personnel were very friendly, yet the level of customer care was lacking.

Ruime kamer, goed bed. Het verbaast me dat veel personeel niet of nauwelijks Engels spreekt
