The room was fine but expensive for what it was. The reception staff seemed absent and disinterested, new guests arrived at dawn shouting without anyone noticing, and even though we had paid for breakfast, it wasn’t served until very late. When we asked if they could prepare a breakfast box for 9am, they simply said no with no explanation. The service and lack of courtesy from the staff were terrible.

George’s hospitality and kind nature truly made our stay special; he was warm, helpful, and genuinely caring, and the breakfast was very good, so we really enjoyed our stay.

The location was very convenient, the building was striking, and our room even had a balcony; the bathroom was a bit dirty and cramped, the breakfast was disappointing—when we pointed out that the milk was expired and lumpy, they insisted it was fine.
