“Excellent land, clean room, large pool and wonderful staff.”

I appreciated the remote setting on gorgeous land with a sizable pool, and the breakfast spread was excellent with a welcoming staff. However, because it’s isolated, guests should be able to buy dinner or at least have a small buffet on site for those who can’t leave; the gravel roads also need smoothing to reduce the many potholes.

The apartment space was fine, but the air‑conditioning in the bedroom barely worked, there was no AC elsewhere in the unit, and the Wi‑Fi was subpar.

“The place is charming but I thought their provisions very sparse.”

Breakfast was great, the people were friendly, the surroundings were stunning, and the pool was clean. We were assigned a self‑contained apartment that had cooking facilities but no coffee, tea, salt, or pepper—nothing else was provided. We stayed three nights in soaring temperatures and only received two large bottles of water upon arrival, with no additional supply afterward.
