The noise level was very high; everything could be heard from the rooms. There was no AC, so it got very hot in summer, and I couldn’t sleep with the windows open because the train sounds were loud.

The location, cleanliness, and staff were all good. The only issue was a window that wouldn’t close and the problem wasn’t resolved.

The rooms smelled extremely strong of smoke/ cigarettes, and the bathroom had an equally unpleasant odor.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was nice to have 24/7 access. The bathroom was small.
