The spot is great, the room offers a lovely view but feels a bit cramped with limited storage space.

The location is fantastic, though the elevators move slowly.

Gennessy and Liz were phenomenal, and the rest of the staff and helpers were exceptional; the rooftop bar was elegant, offered plenty of views, and featured an outstanding bar‑woman from Arizona!

The location is excellent, but the elevator wait was long during peak times, with a long line for the lifts.

The location is great and the rooms are incredibly clean, but the lift is a nightmare, especially during peak times.
