Ubicación. Atención deficiente al llegar todo cerrado, no había nadie tuvimos que llamar por teléfono
Everything was fine, and there was nothing to criticize.

The room was new and spotless. Only one person worked the whole hotel; despite being very friendly, the dining room and reception were almost always empty.

The spot was great, close to restaurants and other services, and the rooms stayed quiet; breakfast was nice and included, plus free parking on site. Service matched other places in Putre. The rooms were chilly and had no heating, and the shower’s hot water was unreliable.
