“Jederzeit gerne wieder”
The room was very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is free and the handling is very practical.

The room was very clean, spacious (a triple room for two people), and the hotel sits right in the city centre on the main street; the self‑check‑in lockbox worked well. However, there was no fridge in the room despite the listing, and none was available in the lobby either, so we had to bring our own perishable items which later spoiled because there was no breakfast due to staff shortages. The reception was unstaffed and we couldn’t reach anyone when a problem arose—contacting them half an hour after arrival yielded no prompt reply, and the only response came unprofessionally via WhatsApp. The street‑facing room was very noisy at night, forcing us to keep the window open because it was warm, making the weekend disappointing and leaving us unlikely to return.

They even provide earplugs on the pillows 😊👍, excellent regional maps, free apples, and supermarkets and drugstores right around the corner, plus great running and cycling routes nearby. Plus the online check‑in at the front desk was hassle‑free with no personal contact via a key box 😊👍! The pillows were personally unsuitable for me, and the parking with the poles that automatically lower when you approach was initially not very obvious and somewhat unsettling to drive over.
