The place is very well located near the sea, and I liked that it has a kitchen, which was very convenient because I was with my baby and could prepare meals; overall everything was fine.

I would never stay here—this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever experienced. As a travel agent who has stayed in over 500 hotels worldwide, I can say the Seaside Hotel in Miami Beach is among the worst. I’ve visited Miami Beach more than five times and stayed at many different properties, including 2‑ and 3‑star hotels, and I’ve never seen such dirtiness. Do not, under any circumstances, step inside. If I could give it minus 1,000 stars, I would. Cleanliness is a complete zero. The floor was absolutely disgusting; I walked around the room wearing brand‑new, very white socks, and within a short time the soles turned black and were covered with dirt and hair. Those were new socks that were spotless before I entered. There were hairs everywhere, dust everywhere, stains everywhere, and no sense of cleanliness. Red stains on the sheets were completely unacceptable. I even found a strange black insect next to the bathroom sink. The room was so filthy that I genuinely felt uncomfortable staying there. I have photos and evidence to back this up. This is not an exaggeration. The overall condition of the hotel is terrible, the cleanliness standards are unacceptable, and the experience was honestly shocking. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels professionally and personally, and this is, without question, one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Seaside Hotel: 0/10. Absolutely not recommended. Stay elsewhere.
