The aesthetics, atmosphere, staff and fresh food were really good. The hotel was very comfortable and truly clean. We expected a more relaxed vibe, but the many festive activities make it appeal more to young people than a spa experience. Some parts of the hotel are not newly renovated, which affects the overall impression.

I enjoyed the activities, pool areas, and food, all of which were fabulous, and the staff were just lovely and very helpful. There were no major complaints, only two small room issues that were quickly resolved.

The evening entertainment was moderate and scheduled at reasonable times, so it didn't disturb guests, and there weren't too many children around. The food was excellent, the facilities were very good, and the staff were extremely friendly. The private beach layout could use some improvement.

The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of options, including plenty of gluten‑free and vegan dishes, and for meat lovers there were at least four different dishes per meal. The hotel’s location is perfect for watching a beautiful sunrise and sunset. The rooms are large and spacious, equipped with a safe, air conditioning, a bathtub, and more. Both pools are great, offering two distinct atmospheres: one lively with a DJ and entertainment, the other much calmer. However, cleanliness was lacking—laundry wasn’t changed even though I didn’t use it, rooms were dusty, and the sunbeds weren’t well maintained, which is disappointing given the hotel’s 5‑star claim; it felt more like a 4‑star in practice. Additionally, all the hotel posters were made with AI, which I understand is convenient but the resulting images don’t reflect the true vibe. The beach itself is not great, so I opted to visit other beaches like Bikini Beach or Saradanis Beach by taxi, which offer a real shoreline with crystal‑clear waters and breathtaking scenery.

Top Service- und Animationstram, sehr bemühter und umsichtiger Hotelmanager, super Essen, neu renoviertes Hotel. sehr kleiner Strand, zum besseren Baden im Meer muss man 5min vom Hotel weiter gehen
