The owner is definitely the best! The person is incredibly kind, very polite, the best of all the hotels I’ve stayed in Italy on this trip! The location is central, within walking distance of everything, no trouble finding anything. Our host is always ready to help and guide.

We stayed here two years ago and it seems to have been upgraded in a fresh way. Andrea and Daniel are very accommodating. We could drop our luggage there before catching our train. We’ll always stay here when transiting to Lucca. We’re used to crowds around Florence, so seeing them was no issue.

The staff were all amazing. On the first day, after waking up, I had a tick bite on my arm that was itchy.

The location was great, close to everything. The owners were just beyond amazing! Definitely a recommendation. The only downside is that you have to take the elevator to go up to the hotel, it’s not on the ground floor.

Older but nice hotel. I especially liked the valet parking solution – it costs 35€ but it’s worth the money and makes life much easier.
