We loved the location—residential and convenient to get to, with a nearby bus that drops you in the center, and we even walked, a 40‑minute trip; the staff were charming, and there are nearby places to buy food or have brunch. The bed is very comfortable, the pillows are great, and the room size is right. However, the carpet’s condition is disappointing for a four‑star hotel, as are the sofa cushions, and the bathroom only has a curtain instead of a shower screen. On top of that, there’s no shower hose—just a wall‑mounted spray that’s very uncomfortable.

From the instant we checked in, the hotel felt spotless and the staff were absolutely amazing, handling every request—from arranging taxis to delivering extra towels in minutes—without any hiccups. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the location was perfect; the park right next door was exactly what we needed to unwind after a hectic day in Dublin. Honestly, there’s nothing we could have disliked.
