The breakfast was good, but the building is old and the gym and pool hours are miserable (10 am‑6 pm); I had to pay for two entries to an external gym.

Hospitalidade, simpatia e prestabilidade dos funcionários, serviço de buffet de muito boa qualidade e variedade, disponibilidade para criar a melhor experiência para os seus clientes. O serviço de tudo incluído devia ser menos restritivo no que concerne aos horários e na escolha de produtos (p.e. as bebidas que são incluídas são muito restritas, deixo aqui o exemplo da água com gás que não estaria incluída).
