I can’t say anything positive except the location, which is decent. Everything else was terrible – I tried two rooms, both filthy, infested with bugs, blood on the floor, disgusting bathrooms, and a strong bad odor. It’s probably the worst place I’ve ever booked, and at only five years old it shows clear mismanagement. Avoid this roach motel.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, but the hotel turned out to be a bit farther from Mercer University than we expected—about 12‑13 minutes by highway.

I appreciated the hospitality, yet the overall place felt dirty.
