“Worst ever holiday experience”
As soon as I entered the hotel, a filthy smell hit me. There’s a washroom on the right side of the reception that stank terribly. I was shocked to see hotel staff working there. When we went to the room, no effort had been made to clean it. A hotel boy sprayed freshener in front of us. The rooms shown on the website were nowhere near what we actually got. I’ve made many bookings, but this hotel felt like a scam. We checked out within half an hour. Worst experience. Not recommended at all.
The staff behaviour was the only positive thing. The room and washroom were not satisfactory.

The staff didn’t cooperate and the room wasn’t cleaned; there was no hot water in the room. The staff should be more helpful to customers and a generator is needed for uninterrupted power during outages.
Everything was good. The price was a bit high. The roti was very thin, just like papad; it should have been thicker.
