The view and the clean room. The place is on top of a hill so you can’t really walk back all the time, staff were ok but hard to reach. Electricity was cut a couple of times, one of which I paid for an extra night not to be charged for late check‑out, then I had to spend a whole day with no electricity.

Excellent stay and I recommend the hotel; the reception staff are very wonderful and they have a very nice dog.

The room was spacious, spotless, and offered a lovely view, and the staff were friendly; the overall value was great. The only downside was the steep road leading to the hotel – we actually enjoyed walking up it for exercise, but anyone staying here should be ready to walk or arrange transport.

The facilities were brand‑new and everything was immaculate, delivering a luxury experience at a reasonable price. A Turkish and Thai couple ran the place and were supportive in every way; when I return to Phuket I’ll definitely stay here again and strongly recommend it. Everything was just perfect.
