“Unhealthy disgusting rooms. Duplicate charges.”
The location is fine, but the room was grossly dirty, smelled bad, had plaster peeling, white plaster spots on the walls that might be prep for painting, mildew painted over (see pictures), and it was disgusting and unhealthy for anyone.
The manager and his wife were rude and condescending; they demanded a cash deposit and wouldn't accept a credit card. I had no cash, so when I told them, they said I could stay somewhere else, and I left. Horrible experience.
The heater didn't work. The room was in shambles with spackle everywhere, quilts had burn holes, towels had holes, and the overall condition gave me the eerbie jeebies. It was awful.
“Not ok”
The shower pressure was fine, but there were bugs, mold in the shower, stains on the towels, and the bed was also stained.
“After requesting refund they gave me a 25$ credit??”
From the first day I requested a refund because the room was covered in black mold. I asked for a smoking room, but they gave me a non-smoking one and said I could change the next day, which never happened. I had to get on my hands and knees to clean the room, and sheets, comforter, pillows, and even the couch were all stained. I hated everything.
