Using the elevator, staff didn’t give priority to guests, so we couldn’t get on right away. Some employees were a bit unhelpful.

Everything was excellent.

The location was excellent, rooms were clean and renovated. The Wi‑Fi and TV had terrible service, and some receptionists behaved poorly.

The price and location were great, and the lobby had just been remodeled. However, there should be a guard booth at the parking entrance; when I arrived at night I had to go out and ask to open the gate.
