The location is great, the place is peaceful and clean, and the staff are friendly. Parking needs sorting.

The hotel is super clean, the receptionist is charming, and the breakfast, served in an adjacent restaurant, is good. The area is out of the way, which I like, and the proximity to the metro is a real bonus.

The location isn’t hard to reach, and the overall experience at the hotel was good. The programmable perfume dispenser in the room was unusable, which made the ambience bad; I think synthetic perfumes don’t work well in a closed room.

I loved the room—it was neat, clean, and had everything you need, and the calm, welcoming ambience made the stay very comfortable. The staff were polite and quick to meet all our requests, but the check‑in time felt a bit rigid; an earlier arrival or a more flexible policy would help, and a longer check‑out or a reasonable half‑day fee would improve the experience.
