The cleanest, most homely hostel I’ve ever stayed at, right on the strip with shops, bars, restaurants, and the beach just a street away. Small buses are available if you need to travel around Portimão or return to the main bus station where coaches depart. The place is beautifully maintained, and the balcony is perfect for waking up. The kitchen is fully equipped, spacious, well‑organised, and spotless—though I didn’t use it. The lounge area is lovely, airy, and roomy. Pedro, the host, is an absolute diamond—cool, kind, and very helpful, always ready to assist with questions or basic needs, so the other positive reviews are 100 % true. There was nothing I didn’t like! I’ll come back anytime it’s available; it’s my No 1 choice over any other spot in Portimão.
