We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this villa! The property was clean, peaceful, and very comfortable with a beautiful atmosphere. Special thanks to Chathuranga, who helped us a lot throughout our stay and made sure everything was perfect. His friendly and supportive service made our experience even better. Highly recommended!

The environment was clean and green, but the management was poor. I was given a manager’s number for check‑in, yet when we arrived there was no drinking water at the hotel. We asked the staff, and he said only 500 ml bottles were available—just two bottles for four adults and two kids in two rooms. We asked him to buy water for us after we paid, but he couldn’t because he was the only staff member. It was 11:30 pm, and we had to hire a cyclist to find a shop on our own.

An incredible stay; the manager helped us with everything, speaks English perfectly, the chef made lunch by the pool, and we relaxed all day. It’s very close to an amazing beach with turtles and only 15 minutes from Mirissa beach. We felt at home; they’re always ready for whatever you need and opened the main gate when we arrived (we went out for NYE and they opened it around 2 am), so that was no problem.

The staff were hospitable and flexible, and the property was clean. They didn’t strictly follow their menus; instead, they were willing to cook whatever we wanted, which is hard to find elsewhere. The only thing I wished for was a TV and free Wi‑Fi, but what they promised was delivered as stated. Highly recommended for anyone traveling around Matara on a budget.

The villa was well maintained and beautifully decorated. The pool was clean and offered views of the rice paddies and jungle. Our 4‑bedroom room was spacious but lacked natural light and a view. We stayed for 3 nights. The staff didn’t speak English, which made communication hard even with a translator. There is no key or remote to open the gate to the villa, so you have to rely on staff to let you in or out, and you need to call or message them via WhatsApp. The staff were helpful.
