We’ve visited Intact Farm four times now and this stay was as enjoyable as the previous ones. The bungalows, fully modern, overlook the south coast with an amazing view of Pico, which is unique. The host has been as helpful and welcoming as ever. Nothing could have been better!

The location is one of a kind, with a superb view of the sea and Pico Island. There’s privacy and everything is beautifully landscaped, even a small grape plantation in front of the door. You receive a basket with bread, milk, butter, coffee, and very tasty homemade jam and wine. I’ll definitely come back. I’m always overwhelmed by Filipe’s friendliness, always reachable and extremely helpful in emergencies. I wouldn’t expect luxury – it has everything you need. Luxury is the view and the location, and that alone was enough for me.

The host was fantastic, giving us a breakfast basket and coffee on the first day. With only a 3‑day stay, they changed our towels the second night and were very attentive to any message or question. The location is great, with beautiful views and a quiet, lovely promenade right next to us. Some things could use improvement – the bathroom door cloth was missing and water leaked from the shower – but these issues didn’t ruin the experience.
