“Muy buena”
It was warm, nothing else.
“No agradable”
The location and facilities were good, but they didn’t clean or facilitate the guest’s stay.
“incomoda por el trato del personal”
They treated me poorly, spoke to me in a bad tone when I asked for the keys, and tried to charge extra for a stain on the bedding that was just saliva from sleeping at night.
I booked a room for my husband Ami, but when we arrived the staff told us the rate was higher than what we had reserved. I had to accept the original price, yet they still added a $15.000 parking fee even though the public information says parking is “included.”
Cozy and good service.
