Everything was flawless, from the spotless rooms to the courteous staff.

The towels were untidy, the bathroom taps had mould, kettles weren’t provided until requested, and there was no doormat.

The hospitality was good, but a scrapper in the washroom would help keep the floor from slipping.

The exterior looked elegant, yet there was no kettle for hot water, tea or coffee pouches never appeared on the tray, and mineral water had to be requested each day.
