The view of Neusa Lagoon is spectacular. The glassware was broken and shattered, and hot water was only available in the mornings. The staff were indifferent and inattentive, and the food hygiene practices were poor. The price was excessively high.

The place is very pretty, with an excellent view, very quiet, ideal for rest and disconnection, easy to access, the staff very friendly, the food tasty, I would definitely return.

The facilities are very nice, the view from the room and the room itself is lovely. The staff are very attentive and respond well to needs. The jacuzzi takes a long time to heat up (about three hours). The kitchen is basic and lacks a stove. The approach to the site is a bit tricky; on our trip it was drizzling and the car slipped a bit.
