The location is good, but the linens were messy and not cleaned, the bathrooms were foggy with a non‑working exhaust fan, and dustbins in the bathrooms were not emptied. The complimentary breakfast offered few options and the food tasted ordinary. Power failures kept happening, and we felt misled by earlier 8.0 ratings; the staff showed no coordination.

I liked the location near the main tourist points and the high elevation that made the morning foggy and wonderful. Cleanliness was below standard; the bathroom had no partition for the bath and was wet all the time.

The food was decent, and the staff did their best to meet our needs. However, the room was damp, with a noticeable moisture smell in both the room and the linens, and overall hygiene left something to be desired. Getting to the resort also felt like it could use a lot of improvement.
