The hotel was about 25 minutes from Ortisei, in a very quiet small village. Free parking was available. The place is great, with a large pool area, a restaurant open until 9, and an outdoor breakfast buffet that was very good. The bar stayed open until 11 (at least in July). There was an indoor spa included in the price, open until 7. Our room was spacious, nice, and had a balcony. A pizza place with delicious food opens 1 minute away and stays open until 10.

The room was spacious and clean. Service was good and the breakfast was excellent. The owner was rude, even towards the staff. She was engaged in a personal phone conversation throughout check‑out without speaking to me. Two consumptions that we hadn’t used were charged, but we let it slide because arguing with someone who doesn’t even bother to talk to the guest about how the stay went is pointless. In Italy, it would also be nice to be able to speak in Italian.
