“よく呑み皆で盛り上がった！”
The sunset over the fishing port was gorgeous, and chatting with the owner and other guests added a nice touch. We ate around a hearth, and the fan was a welcome first‑time sight. Fishing was slow but relaxing, and the only gripe was wishing the toilet had a washlet.

The host was very friendly and took us on a town tour by day and evening, pointing out cool hidden beach spots and even sparking fireworks with us. Despite a language barrier, we used translation apps and really connected. It isn’t a typical hotel experience, so those seeking that might be disappointed, but if you want adventure and new friends in Japan, this place was spot on. The cooking area got a bit smoky, but the haze cleared fast, and there’s no AC, so be ready for that.
