Garden views are visible from the Standard Double Room, which also features air conditioning and a private entrance. The sleeping area provides one large double bed for two guests, with a crib available on request. An en‑suite bathroom includes a shower, bidet, hairdryer and free toiletries, and the room offers a flat‑screen TV with cable channels and a minibar.

The location was good, close to all sites yet outside the chaos; the rooftop terrace was gorgeous for sunsets, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful, even arranging hot‑air balloon and horse rides at a fair price. They were responsive to requests. In some rooms the air conditioning might not work properly.
Everything was great and the hotel offered stunning views from the back; the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is a bit remote and the name is misleading because it's not really a cave hotel.

I was blown away by the size of the rooms at this hotel, which stayed cool even on the hottest days. The location was also perfect for watching the hot air balloons during sunrise, with the pilots and passengers waving hello as they floated by. The staff, particularly Zehra and Irah, were incredibly hardworking and courteous, making sure we had everything we needed. After a few days, I was even offered a special eggs dish and a tour of the facilities, which was a lovely touch.

Our room was spotless and incredibly spacious, making it perfect for our family. The location was also convenient, with a small convenience store nearby and a short drive to the nearby towns of Göreme and Avanos.
