The place was clean, which was a bonus, and checking in and out was straightforward; the location right in the center of Solihull was perfect. However, the promised breakfast was disappointing—after permanent residents had already taken most of the food from the small breakfast area, there was hardly anything left, and we even saw someone grab all the fruit in a carrier bag, which was not good.

The location was great, the decor was great, the facilities were generous, and the self‑serve breakfast had a great variety, but the bed felt a bit too firm.

This beautiful spot offered a very useful breakfast room with a wide variety of food, ample parking, and quiet surroundings lined with plenty of trees.
