The location was excellent, just a few minutes from the cable car to Skalnaté Pleso. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the food was superb in a Swedish‑table style. The pool was cozy with warm water, perfect for relaxing after hikes. The rooms were clean and pleasant for rest. The dining area was big enough, with tablecloths and comfortable chairs, but the only remark was that the food was often cold; maybe hot plates would help.
