The spot is perfect, with a nice garden and well‑kept dining area that offers creative dishes. The staff were exceptionally friendly, but the room in the main building was a bit too dim for my taste.

The property itself is stunning and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room stayed quite warm and the AC kept shutting off automatically, which made it a bit uncomfortable.

This beautifully renovated hotel is an architectural highlight, with friendly and attentive staff and amazing food. The pool and spa are a dream, and the overall cost is high but worth the indulgence. The Diogenes book shelf in the spa area is a special treat.

We spent three wonderful nights at Hotel Hirschen and would have stayed longer. The easy arrival, pre‑check‑in, and warm welcome set the tone. The hotel and its annexes are stunningly designed—stylish, cozy, and full of detail. The blend of preserved charm and modern taste is a real plus. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly. Dining at the hotel restaurant twice was a highlight.
