“Nice and will come back”

The buffet was amazing and the service superb, yet the rooms are old and might need renovation to keep the standard high, and the temporary gym/spa location makes it uncomfortable to use the facilities.

The room was spacious and clean, the staff friendly and the food tasty, yet we had asked for a quiet room only to discover a Saturday night party in a restaurant directly below us five floors down; the bass was so loud we felt it in our room, we complained and eventually received a refund for that night.

“Disappointing stay — the “Ocean View” was dominated by a construction site and the rooms fell below JW Marriott standard”

The staff were helpful and professional, but we booked two Ocean View rooms for our family and the view was dominated by a large construction site directly outside; only a very partial view of the ocean remained, which was disappointing and did not match what we expected from rooms described as “Ocean View.” The construction was an eyesore throughout our stay. The rooms also felt small and cramped, and the bathroom doors creaked and didn’t close properly. Overall, the experience fell well below what we expected from a JW Marriott.
