The service was top‑level, and the rooms get cleaned twice a day, keeping everything in good shape.

The spot was great, with a straight‑on view of the harbour over Hong Kong, but the indoor pool was small and warm.

Food variety and quality were solid, rooms were comfy, and the Horizon Club (if included) delivered good value; staff were professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The location worked well for business and the airport, yet the pool was tiny and clearly in need of a makeover.
